WINTER SPORTS PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON OCTOBER 21ST
WINTER SPORTS SEASON OFFICIALLY BEGINS ON NOVEMBER 18TH
ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES (INCLUDING MULTIPLE SPORT ATHLETES)
MUST REGISTER EVERY YEAR, EVERY SPORT TO PARTICIPATE. FROM THE ATHLETICS REGISTRATION TAB, SELECT FAMILY ACCOUNT LOG-IN.

**REMEMBER - All registration steps, including electronic signatures must be completed and approved prior to participating the first official day for practices and tryouts.
STEP 1: Required Sports Physical -
Students in grades 9-12 registering for Spirit and or Athletics must have a current physical exam uploaded in the system to participate in any practice and/or tryouts. Physicals are current for 12 months from the date of the last exam. The Athletics office and coaches are not accepting hard copies of physicals. It is the family's responsibility to ensure a current physical is continually on file. Student-athletes may not practice/participate without without/expired physicals.

STEP 2: JEFFCO Student ID # -
Students who are currently enrolled in a Jeffco school already have a student ID number. For those that left Jeffco to attend school in a different district and returned, that student ID number is still valid. Please contact Terri Archer if you need to verify your student's ID number. If your student is new to Jeffco, home-schooled, or attends a private school and plans to participate in sports at Pomona, they will need a Jeffco student ID #. STEP 3: Arbiter Athlete Student-Athlete Registration -
CHSAA requires all competing student-athletes to be registered through Arbiter Athlete. Please click here to register along with other information. Athletes need to register only one time with Arbiter Athlete/CHSAA. Please contact Athletics if you are a transfer student. *Incoming Freshmen are NOT considered transfers.
STEP 4: Jeffco Athletics Participation Fee -
Once approved you will be able to pay the $175 athletics fee online via JeffcoConnect - NOT Parent Portal or thru Athletics Registration. This participation fee is per athlete/sport. If you are a part of the Jeffco Lunch Program, need a Payment Plan form or have questions regarding this fee, please contact the Finance office at 303.982.0607.
